Walks around Peramola and the Sant Honorat Sierra
The vantage points and springs of Peramola, a unique view of the Pre-Pyrenees.
Although it is located in the Pre-Pyrenees, the spectacular and rugged relief of the Sant Honorat Sierra and Aubenç provides an interesting preview of the Pyrenees, with the rugged character of the mountains contrasting with the green of the agricultural plain.
These comfortable walks demonstrate two different facets of the Sant Honorat Sierra: the panoramic views from the lofty church of Castell Llebre and a more intimate view, within the heart of the mountains, at Font Viva.
Hotel Can Boix- hermitage of Castell-llebre and return to the hotel following the trail (5.8 km)
Climb marked paths on your way to the hermitage of Santa Maria de Castell-llebre, accompanied along the way by the spectacular walls of the Roc de Rombau and the Roca dels Moros. Then return along a comfortable dirt track.
Hotel Can Boix-Font Viva and return to the hotel (2 km)
A pleasant walk to the Clot de Font Viva, a natural spring where salt water emerges from between cracks in the moss-covered rock. The Font Viva stream, which is boxed in by the rocks of Sant Honorat and El Corb, is one of the darkest and shadiest points in the whole Sant Honorat Sierra.
